Caffeine Addiction: Is It True That Caffeine Improves Memory?
Michael Yassa researched humans at John Kopkins University. He conducted research with 160 people who do not drink coffee / caffeine. In the research, the subjects were shown various objects and asked to study and remember them for 5 minutes. Then half the people took a 200mg caffeine tablet. The other half were given no caffeinated food.
It was found that people who took caffeine the day after the experiment remembered items much better than others. Dr. Yassa concluded in this study that caffeine has a positive effect on memory and learning. However, caffeine consumption should be exaggerated. As we all know, it should not be forgotten that too much of everything is harmful.
