So, you have to eat plenty of foods high in vitamin A or take supplements. To prevent this vitamin deficiency, it is better to eat more vitamin A than you normally do. So, if you are not eating more foods high in vitamin A, you should take vitamin A supplements. to make up for it. Also, take in enough vitamin A to ensure that your body has enough vitamin A, which in turn means you will be getting enough vitamin C.
